2010-11: One of Columbia’s top individual scorers at the 2011 Ivy League Championships … finished fifth overall in the 1650 free, with a time of 16:49.43 … was a member of the 400 free and 800 free relays that finished sixth overall … finished eighth in the 1000 freestyle, with a time of 10:05.37 … also qualified for the consolation finals of the 500 free, finishing 12th overall with a time of 4:56.11.
2009-10: One of Columbia's most consistent point scorers in dual meets and at the 2010 Ivy League Championships ... part of the 800 free relay team that finished sixth overall ... qualified for the consolation finals of the 400 IM, placing 11th with a time of 4:30.50 ... finished 13th overall in the 1650 free (17:13.30) ... qualified for the bonus final of the 200 back, placing second in the heat and 18th overall, with a time of 2:07.28
2008-09: A key part of Columbia’s distance squad during the dual meet season ... came in 14th in the 1650 free at the 2009 Ivy League championships ... also earned points for the Lions in the 400 IM, as she finished 19th in 4:34.17.
Prior to Columbia: Earned four varsity letters in swimming ... Mexican national championship finalist (2005, 2006, 2007) ... Pre-IASAS Manila Invitational Swimmer of the Meet (2007) ... Florida Sectional finalist (2007, 2008) ... was a five-time age group finalist, a two-time open finalist, won a bronze individual medal and two relay gold medals at the 2007 Mexican National Olympics ... personal bests include 1:54.4 (200 free), 5:03.5 (500 free), 10:30.7 (1000 free), 2:26.3 (200 back) and 5:14.5 (400 IM) ... National Honor Society ... AP Scholar with Honors.
