Entry Procedure
Official Entries - Due 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Thursday, November 6.
Online Entry Form - Online Entry Instructions can be found here.
Score reporting form - Due Noon local time, Wednesday November 12 -reporting form to NCAA national office fax to the attention of Liz Suscha at 317-917-6210.
Race Day Procedures
Start Procedure
- NCAA rules apply to all uniforms.
- Wear numbers on the front chest and do not alter in any way.
- Report to designated starting box 20 minutes before race.
- Chips should be securely attached to shoes.
- Each team is responsible for equipment pick up.
Finish Procedure Please instruct your runners to run across both finish mats and move through the chute as quickly as possible. Athletes should return their chips to their coach immediately after the race.
Protest Procedure- Announcements will be made when the unofficial results are posted for your review following each race. This will begin a 30 minute protest period. Please direct any protests in writing to the meet director at the announcer's table. Protest forms will be available at the announcers table.
Result Procedure Unofficial results will be posted on site. Once coaches hand in all chips for their team they will be issued a results card. The official results will be distributed when you hand in your result card. There is a charge of $25 for each unreturned chip.
Drug Testing NCAA drug testing procedures may be implemented. If notified, student-athletes should be prepared to participate in the process.
