Men's Cross Country Featured on Flo Track's Work Out Wednesday

NEW YORK - The Columbia men's cross country team was featured on Flo Track's weekly feature, "Work Out Wednesday" today. The video special, which is available to view here, follows the harriers as they practice in New York City's Central Park. The men's and women's cross country teams are currently in training for the 2009 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, which will take place Friday, October 30 in Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, N.Y. The first race of the day takes place at 11:15 a.m.
