Soccer Schedules Announced In Midst of Bubble Project

NEW YORK - In the midst of constructing a new Season Air-Supported Structure in the Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium, the Columbia men's and women's soccer teams have announced their schedules for the upcoming season.
With construction scheduled to become finalized while the season is in progress, four men's and three women's contests that were initially scheduled at home have been relocated to quality venues within the New York City area.
The men's schedule will feature matches at Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York. The Lions will host Central Connecticut (9/10), Binghamton (9/18), Drexel (10/4) and Temple (10/11) at GoValiants.com Field. Manhattanville recently completed the installation of its field in August of 2016.
The women are slated to play at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Hackensack, New Jersey. Matches against Saint Joseph's (9/16), Cornell (9/23) and Lafayette (10/11) will take place on FDU's newly resurfaced field at University Stadium.
