NEW YORK — The Columbia women's soccer team will host its final home match of the season Saturday, welcoming Dartmouth to Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium at 6 p.m. ET.

Prior to the match, Columbia's nine seniors –

Marie Matthews,
Stephanie Shin,
Carlisle Topping,
Erin Trapp and
Sophie Whitehouse – will be honored in a Senior Day ceremony.

Entering Saturday's match, the Lions own a 6-6-1 overall record, including a 2-2-0 mark in Ivy League play. Last week, Columbia picked up a 3-0 victory over Lafayette on Monday before falling to Princeton in a 1-0 decision Sunday.

In the win over Lafayette, junior
Maddie Temares scored her team-leading fourth goal of the season, while senior
Emma Anderson recorded her third of the year and first year
Mallaika Tomar her second. Five Lions have scored multiple goals this season, while nine have scored.

Dartmouth comes in with an 8-4-2 overall record, at 2-1-1 in league competition. After falling 1-0 to Penn on Saturday, the Big Green rebounded with a 3-1 victory over Marist Monday. Senior midfielder Remy Borinsky heads Dartmouth's scoring efforts with five goals and three assists on the season. In goal, sophomore Mariel Gordon owns a 7-4-2 record with a .849 save percentage.

A season ago, the Lions picked up an impressive 3-0 win over the Big Green in Hanover. The Lions have not lost to Dartmouth since Oct. 25, 2014. Columbia trails in the overall series, 6-22-4.

Columbia will close out the remainder of the season on the road, returning to action next Saturday, Oct. 27, to face off against Yale at 4 p.m. in New Haven, Connecticut.
