Regatta will be live streamed by USRowing

NEW YORK – The Columbia women's rowing team competes at the Eastern Association of Women's Rowing Colleges (EAWRC) Sprints on Sunday. The annual regatta will be held on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass.

Sunday's racing begins at 8 a.m. A live stream will be carried by USRowing on LocalLive.TV/USRowing. Live results will also be available at this link.

Columbia's varsity eight will feature junior coxswain Devon Bernsley, junior Sabina Maurer, junior Hailey Todoroff, junior Liza Ray, senior Maya Hartleben, sophomore Samantha Stehley, junior Anna Beshlian, first-year India Colegrave and junior Astrid Walker-Stewart. Last season, the Lions finished fourth in the varsity eight at Women's Sprints. Three of Columbia's four crews qualified for the grand finals. The varsity four C crew claimed first in their event.

Columbia is coming off the Princeton Regatta last weekend where they challenged the No. 7 Tigers, No. 12 Wisconsin and No. 14 Rutgers. The second varsity crew bested Rutgers by eight seconds and finished just 2.3 seconds behind Wisconsin. Princeton walked away with the Dauphiny & Hewitt Cup for the second straight year.
