Lions open 2022 spring season in the Savannah, Ga. event this weekend.

SAVANNAH, Ga.—The Columbia men's golf team will open its spring 2021-22 season this weekend at the Savannah Intercollegiate. The teams will play on both Saturday and Sunday at the Crosswinds Golf Club.

As of Friday, four Columbia golfers are scheduled to compete in the event including Wyatt McGovern, Nathan Han, Daniel Core, and Pat Healy.

Seventeen teams will compete at the event including Belmont, Columbia, Eastern Kentucky, Florida A&M, George Washington, Georgia Southern, Lafayette, Longwood, Miami, Ohio, North Carolina Central, Northern Kentucky, Northern Kentucky B, SCAD-Savannath, South Carolina-Beaufort, Southern Illinois, Troy, Wright State.

The Crosswinds Golf Club is a 6,750-yard course with a par of 72.
