Women's Golf to Compete at Ford Invitational

Lions to play in second spring invitational; event to make up for two lost rounds in the fall.
RICHMOND HILL, Ga. —The Columbia women's golf team will play in its second 2022 spring competition on Saturday when it travels to Georgia to compete in the four-team Ford Invitational. The 36-hole event will be played at Ford Field & River Club.
The event was scheduled to make up for two lost rounds of the Yale Intercollegiate that were canceled due to rain the fall. Along with Columbia, host Yale, Dartmouth, and Monmouth will compete in the event.
The Lions opened their spring campaign by hosting the Columbia Classic, Feb. 13-14 in Viera, Fla.
Ford Field & River Club features a golf course designed by legendary World Hall of Fame architect Pat Dye. More information on the facility is posted at this link.
