The men's race is scheduled to begin at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, with the women's race to follow at 9:30 a.m. The Lions will be looking to build off of a solid first meet of the season two weeks ago at the Stony Brook Invite, where the men finished second and the women finished third.
Jordan Mathis was Columbia's highest finisher, placing third overall in the 4k with a time of 14:11.00.
Mary Caroline Heinen finished four seconds behind her at 14:15.10 to secure fourth place.

Fresh off of an uplifting 2-0 victory on Tuesday against MAAC preseason favorite Quinnipiac, the men's soccer team (2-2-2) heads to Providence, Rhode Island this Saturday for its Ivy League opener at Brown (1-4-1). The Lions looked impressive against the Bobcats, controlling the majority of each half and earning the payoff each time.
Jake Novoshelski and
Joao Lima each scored their first goals of the season in the victory with
Brandon Newman tallying his second assist on the Lima goal.
Will DeNight remains Columbia's leading goal scorer with three through six matches. Unfortunately, the Lions will be without starting goalkeeper
Michael Collodi, the reigning Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week. Collodi was shown a red card on Tuesday for a challenge outside the box in the game's 68th minute. As a result, he will be forced to sit out this Saturday.
The Bears lead the all-time series, 36-18-7. Last year, the Lions walked away with a point at home in a 0-0 draw. This will mark Columbia's first trip to Brown since 2018, when it came away with a convincing 3-1 victory. All four goals came in the second half, including a brace by Danny Laranetto and a 59th-minute strike from Beto Carrillo.
