Phoebe Anderson Breaks Her Own 5000m Record at JDL Last Chance Meet

Time of 15:33.96 ranks 7th on the national list
WINSTON SALEM, N.C. — Phoebe Anderson had another stellar performance this weekend at the JDL Last Chance meet in North Carolina, breaking her own 5000m record with a time of 15:33.96 to take second place in the event.
Anderson's time currently ranks seventh in the entire NCAA, and the top-16 on the national list at the end of the season will qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships in Boston later this year.

With the Lions' indoor regular season now over, Columbia will prepare for the Ivy League Indoor Championships, which will be held from February 24-25 in Boston, Mass.
