Including Ivy League Heps, was a member of three first-place winning 4x800m squads, Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia (Jan. 22) and the Bill Ward Invite (Dec. 4) ... Ran the opening leg that took first in the DMR at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (Feb. 4-5), helping the squad clock a time of 9:42.74 ... Set a personal best time of 2:24.69 in the 1,000m for a sixth-place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Mar. 4-6) ... (OTF) Took the second leg in the 4x800m squad that took first at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 7-8) helping the championship squad clock a title winning time of 7:32.27 ... 2018-19 (Sophomore): (XC) Hit a personal best time of 25:47.4 in the 8K at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (Oct. 12) ... Finished the 8K in 26:36.4 at the Ivy League Cross Country Heps (Oct. 27). (Indoor) Finished the indoor season with five top 10 finishes ... Began the season with a second place finish in the One Mile Run, finishing the race at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (Dec. 1) in 4:18.43 ... Locked up a pair of top three finishes at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet, finishing second in the 1,000-Meter Run, finishing in a PR time of 2:29.48, and was a member of the 4x800-Meter Relay team that finished first with a time of 7:43.27 ... Set PR in the One Mile Run, running the race in 4:11.15 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 8-9) ... Came in seventh in the mile at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24) clocking a time of 4:11.92 ... 2017-18 (First Year): (XC) Ran a season best 26:02 in the 8K during the Princeton XC Invitational. (Indoor) Ran season bests of 2:29.80 in the 1K, and 4:16.12 in the 1 Mile. (Outdoor) Ran season bests of 1:53.55 in the 800m, 3:48.81 in the 1,500m, and 8:30.57 in the 3,000m … Won his heat in the 800m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in 1:53.55 … Took the tape in his heat of the 1,500m at the West Point Twilight Meet in 3:48.81 … Advanced to the 1,500m final at Outdoor Heps, where he finished 11th.
Personal: A former track & field and cross country runner at Great Oak High School in California ... Claimed a team league championship and won a pair of league events during his senior season ... Won two CIF Division I Championships, taking the podium at the State Finals ... Clocked career bests of 15:20 in the 5K, 1:52.85 in the 800m, 4:09 in the 1,600m, and 9:19 in the 3,200m ...
