2024-25 (Junior): (XC) consistently competed in the 6K (ITF) ran 5K PR at Scarlet Knight Open with time of 18:09.07, ran two lifetime PRs in 1K (3:03.40) and the mile (5:05.35) at Yale Invite (OTF) competed as part of winning 4x8 team at Mets with time of 9:21.27, ended season with season’s best 1500m at Larry Ellis Invite with time of 4:46.34

2023-24 (Sophomore): (ITF) Did not compete. (OTF) Ran 3k PR of 10:25.91 at Penn Challenge, ran on 2nd place 4x8 team with time of 9:32.82 and ran 1500m PR of 4:46.27 at Mets Outdoor T&F Championships, ran 800m PR of 2:23.65 at Yale Springtime.

2022-23 (First-Year): (XC) Ran a 6k with a personal best run time of 22:10.0 at Coaching Tree Invitational, placing 58th (Sept. 16) … (TF): Did not compete in the track and field seasons

High School: Multi-sport letterwinner in cross country, track and swimming at Metuchen High School in Metuchen, New Jersey ... 2022 USATF Indoor Youth Nationals 3000m Champion ... Took second in the 2022 Championship of America Distance Medley Relay at Penn Relays ... Ran four events earning double champion titles (1600/3200) and top 2 (800/4x400) at both the 2022 Indoor Track Sectional and Group Championships leading team to victory...
