2023-24 (Sophomore): (ITF) Competed on 3rd place 4x8 team with time of 8:05.73 and ran mile PR of 4:14.8 at YDC Challenge, ran 3K PR of 8:34.95 at Fastrack National Invite. (OTF) Placed 3rd and ran 1500m PR of 4:02.09 at Mets Outdoor T&F Championships, placed 8th in final round and ran 3K PR of 9:07.85 at Ivy League Heps Outdoor T&F Championships.

2022-23 (First-Year): (XC) Ran his first 5m and earned 22nd place with a time of 26:32.1 at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyle Meet of Champions (Sept. 16) … (OTF): Participated in the 3000 Steeplechase at the Colonial Relays, finishing in 23rd place with a personal best time of 9:41.95 (Mar. 30- Apr. 1) … PR in the 1500m with time 4:05.28, earning 8th place … Clocked 3rd place in the 4x800m with time 7:58.01 at Mets Outdoor TF Championships (Apr. 8)
