2024-25 (Junior): (XC) ran 8K PR of 24:34.6 at Princeton Fall Classic, competed in 8K at Ivy XC Championships, ran 1oK PR of 31:29.4o at NCAA DI NE XC National Qualifier (ITF) won the mile with PR time of 4:11.05 at Ramapo College Season Opener, finished top 3 in the 5K with PR of 14:09.53, ran 3K PR of 8:08.36 at BU Valentine Invitational, competed in 5K at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) competed in 5K at Ivy Outdoor Championships

2023-24 (Sophomore): (ITF) Placed 3rd in 3K at Rutgers Holiday Classic with time of 8:15.97, competed in the 3K at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships. (OTF) Placed 5th and ran 5K PR of 14:15.29 at Larry Ellis Invitational, competed in 5K at Ivy League Heps Outdoor T&F Championships.

2022-23 (First-Year): (XC) Clocked 72nd in the 8k at Coaching Tree Invitational with finishing time 26:20.5 (Sept. 16) … PR time of 24:49.8 in the 8k at Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30) … (ITF): Competed at Dr.Sander’s Columbia Challenge in the 3000m, placing 14th with time of 8:25.91 (Jan. 27-28) … Earned a personal best in the 3000m with time 8:15.91 at IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (Mar. 3-5) … (OTF): Placed 14th and earned a personal best time of 14:30.82 in the 5000m at the 2023 Colonial Relays (Mar. 30-Apr. 1) … Competed in the Virginia Challenge 5000m, earned 9th place with time of 14:36.00 (Apr. 20-22)

High School: 10-time letterwinner in cross country (four), track (four) and wrestling (two) at Pace Academy in Atlanta ... Two-time Georgia state cross country champion (2020-21) ... Helped the team win the 2021 Georgia state champion ... Two-time state champion in track, winning the 2021 title in the 3200m and being a member of the 4x800m title winning squad ... Helped track team win two state titles (2021-22) ...
