2015-16: Part of two first place Columbia team performances when he clocked a 25:56 in the Paul Short Run, and went 27:20 in the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
2014-15: Clocked a season best in the 8K at the Paul Short Run (10/4) finishing in 25:56.
High School: Menzies arrived to Columbia with personal-best times of 4:17.37 in te one mile run and 9:00.36 in the two mile run.
