2005-06 Season: Won the 3000m at the Dartmouth and Yale tri-meet (8:41.98) ... finished sixth in the 1000m at Indoor Heps (2:27.41); he ran 2:26.09 earlier in the season ... finished third in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays (3:49.57) ... ran 1:52.97 in the 800m a the Pomona Pitzer Invite ... ran 3:49.06 in the 1500m in the prelims of the Outdoor Heps.

2004-05 Season: Finished sixth in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (1:55.40) ... also took 13th in the 1500m at the same meet ... took 6th in the 3000m at the Jim Thorpe Invitational in a time of 8:46.46.

At Desert Mountain High: Eight letters in cross country and track ... two-year XC captain ... as a junior, was second team all-state in both XC and track ... 12th in state XC meet ... runner-up in Arizona state 800 ... in his senior year, was named Scottsdale Runner of the Year in both XC and track ... captured Scottsdale city titles in both the 800 and 4x800 ... first team all-state in the 800 after finishing third with 1:55.92, third-fastest 800 in the state last year ... second team all-state in XC with a 16th-place finish ... led the Wolves to three straight Scottsdale city XC titles.
