2010-11: Swam as a member of the 2011 Ivy League team in his first year … earned second team All-Ivy League honors as a member of the second place 200 free relay squad … qualified for the bonus finals of the 100 butterfly … won that heat, placing 17th overall with a time of 50.14 … also qualified for the bonus finals of the 200 butterfly, finishing 25th with a time of 1:54.54.
At Gilbert: Earned four varsity letters in swimming … named team MVP in 2008 and 2009 … earned All-American honors in 2009 … named team’s rookie of the year in 2006 … also swam for the Gold Medal Swim Club.
Personal: English major ... Son of April and David Schultz … father, David, played basketball at Westmont College … Scholastic All-American … English Department Senior Award Winner for Excellence … member of the National Honor Society.
