2024-25 (Junior): (ITF) competed on top 3 finishing DMR team and had top 2 finish in the mile with new PR of 4:13.05 at Rutgers Holiday Classic season opener, won the 1K with PR of 2:25.40 and ran on winning 4x8 team at DYC tri-meet, won the 800m with time of 1:49.59 at Columbia’s home meet, new 800m PR of 1:48.99 at Penn Classic, competed as part of 4x8 team that scored a top 2 finish and made it to 800m finals where he scored 5th place at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) ran season’s best 800m race at Larry Ellis Invite with time of 1:49.43, competed in 800m race and ran on 4x8 team that scored in the top 2 once again at Ivy Outdoor Championships

2023-24 (Sophomore): (XC) Ran 8K PR of 26:00.4 at Mets XC Championship. (ITF) Did not compete. (OTF) Ran 800m PR of 1:50.86 at Wake Forest Invitational, competed on 4x8 team at Penn Relays, competed in 800m and scored 4th place finish with 4x8 team at Ivy League Heps Outdoor T&F Championships.

2022-23 (First-Year): (XC) Competed in no events … (ITF): Posted second-place finish at Rutgers Holiday Classic in the 1000m with a PR time of 2:29.44 (Dec. 2) … Earned 1st in the 4x800m with time of 7:42.62 at Dartmouth v. Columbia v. Yale (Jan. 21) … Finished 4th in the 800m at the Dr.Sander Columbia Challenge with time 1:51.38 (Jan. 27-28) … (OTF): Participated in the DMR at the 2023 Colonial Relays, earning 2nd overall with time of 10:00.10 (Mar. 30-Apr. 1) … PR in the 800m with time of 1:51.33, placing tenth at the Ivy League Outdoor TF Championships (May 6-7)

High School: Eight-time letterwinner in cross country and track at Highland High School in Pocatello, Idaho ... Won the 2022 Idaho State Championship in the 800m ...
