2024-25 (Senior): (ITF) top 3 finishes in WT at Rutgers Holiday Classic season opener, Columbia’s home meet, Mets, Penn Classic, and Kane invite, new WT PR of 18.59m and made it to the finals at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) new HT PR of 58.26m and top 3 finish at Oscar Moore, another top 3 finish in the HT at Mark Young Invite and finished collegiate career by competing in HT at Princeton Elite Invite

2023-24 (Junior): (XC) Competed in 8K at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships and ran 10K PR of 30:05.7 at NCAA DI NE Region XC Championships. (ITF) Won 3K and ran PR of 8:03.25 at YDC Challenge, ran mile PR of 4:05.43 at Fastrack National Invite, scored 2nd place finish in 3K at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships. (OTF) Ran 1500m PR of 4:03.39 at Larry Ellis Invitational, scored 2nd place finish in 10K and competed in 5K at Ivy League Heps Outdoor T&F Championships, went on to compete in 10K at NCAA East First Round.

2022-23 (First-Year): (ITF) Threw a personal best mark of 50-8/15.44m in weight throw at the Mets Indoor TF Championships, placing 6th (Feb. 3) … (OTF): PR discus throw mark of 126-6/38.55m, finishing 24th at the Monmouth TF Season Opener (Mar. 24-25) … At Mets TF Championships placed 16th with a PR shot put mark of 34-10.5/10.63m (Apr. 8) … Took second place in hammer throw at 2023 Mark Young with a PR mark of 173-9/52.97m (Apr. 22)
