2014: Found the back of the net in a victory over St. Joseph’s for her first score of the season (9/21/14)...Earned an assist on the game-winning score in a 2-1 road win at Fordham (9/28/14)...Started 11 games this season for the Lions before her season was cut short by injury...

2013: Compiled a season-high 10 points on 4 goals and pair of assists...Tallied a key score in a 3-2 (2ot) win vs. Lafayette (10/15/13)...Scored the Lions first goal of the season against Manhattan (9/6/13). She went on to assist the game winning goal in a 3-2 double overtime victory...

2012: Saw action in all 16 games, made two starts and played 408 minutes ... Had three shots on goal against Army (9/23/12) ... Played a season-high 52 minutes in 1-1 tie at Yale (10/27/12).

2011: Saw action in all 17 matcehes in her first-season...Yow came on in her first career start against Brown scoring a pair of first half goals to lead Columbia to a 2-1 victory...After her outstanding play,Yow was awarded Ivy League Player of the Week (10/3/11)... She went on to start in games facing Lehigh, Penn, and Princeton.

Loomis Chaffee: Four-year letterwinner ... named head captain as a senior ... helped Pelicans to three straight Founders League and WWNEPS championships ... ranked a three-star recruit by TopDrawerSoccer.com ... played club soccer for Connecticut Football Club ... was named to Elite Clubs National League Disney Showcase All-Event Team ... helped club team to Connecticut State Cup championship in 2010 ... also was member of CFC team that won USYS Northeast Region I League title ... also a member of Ireland U-17 National Team.
