Women's Basketball

Danielle Browne is a rising sophomore on the women's basketball team. Browne was named to the 2006-07 Ivy League All-Rookie team.
Why basketball: For me, it was doing something that no one else wanted me to do or thought I could do. Growing up in a neighborhood with all boys, I had to earn a position on the court. Once I was good enough to play with the boys in the neighborhood, I realized that I was good enough to play organized basketball.

Dream job: My dream job is to be a sports agent and to own my own sports agency.

Three people (living or dead) you'd like to have dinner with: I'd love to have dinner with Spike Lee, Sean "P.Diddy" Combs, and Martin Luther King Jr.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be: If I could have a superpower I would want to fly because I think I'm allergic to walking (just kidding). Seriously, I think I would want to read minds.

Best movie to watch on the bus to a game: Remember the Titans

In 10 years, I'll be: Traveling across the world getting my clients the best deals and endorsements that they could have.

What motivates you: People's doubt in me, the feeling of success, my mother, wanting to make history, I could go on and on but you might not have enough room (just kidding again, I'm on a roll here).

Best Halloween costume: I attempted to look like a soldier in the army but I ended up looking like the rapper Lil' Wayne.

If you could go to any sporting event, what would it be: I would go to the Women's NCAA Final Four.

Best advice you've received: "Keep working hard and all of your hard work will pay off" (Even though I'm still waiting for it to pay off.:)
