5 THINGS TO KNOW

1. DEEP HISTORY
Columbia and Fordham have played each other 46 times dating back to 1958. The series has contested more games than any of Columbia's other non-conference opponents. The most consecutive seasons the series was contested spanned 30 years from 1971-2000.  Tuesday will mark the seventh straight year the two sides have gone toe-to-toe, having split each of the last six matches 3-3-0. Fordham came away with a 1-0 win last year in the Bronx. Two years ago at Columbia, the Lions took a 1-0 win on a fifth-minute goal from Vana Markarian.

2. HISTORICAL RUN OF GOALS
Columbia saw its historic streak of games with a goal end at 19 matches on Saturday in a 0-0 draw at Dartmouth. The scoring streak was the second-longest in program history and was Columbia's longest since a program-best 24-game streak that spanned every match of the 1979 Final Four season and the first five matches of 1980. The Lions had three 18-game streaks that took place through the 1980s.

Longest Goal-Scoring Streaks in Columbia History:
    24 Games: 1979-80
    19 Games: 2018-19
    18 Games: 1980-81
    18 Games: 1983
    18 Games: 1986-87

3. PENALTY STOPPER
First-year goalkeeper Michael Collodi earned his second collegiate shutout and first against an Ivy League opponent on Saturday at Dartmouth. The rookie out of Frisco, Texas made three saves, none more crucial than a save off Braden Salvati's penalty kick in the 25th minute. The penalty save was the third of the season for Collodi, having stopped all three penalties he's faced in his Columbia career. His first penalty stop came back on Sept. 27 in a 2-0 win over Monmouth. His second came on Oct. 5 to help preserve a 3-2 win over Brown.

4. SATURDAY EXTRAS
- The Lions played to their first goalless draw since Oct. 14, 2017 at Princeton. The time between 0-0 games spanned 35 matches.

- The goalless draw was the first in the Columbia-Dartmouth series since Nov. 6, 1999.

- Columbia shut out Dartmouth for a second year in a row and held the Big Green off the scoreboard in New Hampshire for the first time since 2013.

- Columbia took 17 shots and eight corner kicks. Both marks are the second-highest totals on the season.
