A 2020 graduate of Westlake High School in Austin, Texas, where he played three years of varsity football for Head Coach Todd Dodge … First Team District 25-5A All-District selection as a senior in 2019 … Named Honorable Mention All-District as a junior … Earned Academic All-State honors as a senior in 2019 … Named team captain in 2019 … Led the Chaparrals to the Class 6A state championship in 2019 … Guided the Chaparrals to district championships in 2017 and 2018 … Over three-year career, finished with 70 receptions for 1,298 yards and 20 touchdowns as a wide receiver … Led the Chaparrals to a 15-1 overall record, state title, 7-1 league record as a senior … Caught 28 passes for 437 yards and eight touchdowns and rushed 31 times for 225 yards and four touchdowns, and completed three passes for 56 yards as a senior … Caught 40 passes for 541 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior … Caught two passes for 14 yards as a sophomore … Also competed in indoor and outdoor track and field in the sprint relays and long jump … Top times include a 23.24 in the 200-meter, 53.85 in the 400 meter, and also competed in the long jump, 100-meter, 4x100 relay, 4x200 relay, and 4x400 relay … Involved in a variety of volunteer activities … Served as a camp volunteer for his church from 2016-20.
