2023-24 (Junior): (XC) Ran season’s best time of 25:19.9 in the 8K at IC4A/ECAC XC Championship, competed in 8K at Ivy League Heps XC Championships. (ITF) Ran 3K PR of 8:31.40 at Fastrack National Invite (OTF) only competed in 2 meets.

2022-23 (Sophomore): (XC) Finished with a PR 8k time of 25:13.3 in 45th place at the Coaching Tree Invitational (Sept. 16) … (ITF): Clocked a personal record mile time of 4:27.17 at the NYC Gotham Cup, coming in 39th place (Jan. 20) … Crossed the line 16th finisher in the 5000m at the Dr. Sander Invite, finishing with a PR time of 14:50.70 (Jan. 27-28) … Ran a personal best time of 8:41.09 in the 3000m, placing 15th at Fastrack Nationals (Feb. 10) … (OTF): Participated in the 2023 Colonial Relays 10,000m and  earned 21st place with a PR of 31:42.11 (Mar. 30-Apr. 1)
