2024-25 (Senior): (ITF) top 4 finish in SP at Mets, threw season’s best in SP with mark of 14.81m at Kane Invite, competed in SP at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) top 3 finishes in SP at Navy Invite and Mets and Mark Young Invite, competed in SP at Ivy Outdoor Championships and threw season’s best mark of 15.28m
2023-24 (Junior): (ITF) Threw season’s best of 15.00m in SP at Columbia’s Home Indoor Meet. (OTF) Won SP with throw of 14.99m at Mets Outdoor T&F Championships, threw season’s best of 39.49m in DT at Yale Springtime Meet.
2022-23 (Sophomore): (ITF) Participated in weight throw at Rutgers Holiday Classic, finishing in 18th with WT mark of 42-5.25/12.93m (Dec. 2) … Competed at the Ivy League Heps Indoor TF Championships in shot put, placing 16th with mark of 47-7.75/14.52m (Feb. 25-26) …
