2012-13: Earned Second-team All-Ivy League with an eighth place finish in the 2012 Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships...ran a personal bests(23:47) at the Wisconsin Invitational to lead the Lions to pasts 14-ranked top 30 opponents...Earned XC All-Region honors following an 12th place finish in the 2012 NCAA Northeast Regionals... Won the 5000m at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games.
2011-12: Qualified for the 2011 NCAA East Regionals in the outdoor 10,000m run … scored points for Columbia at the 2011 Outdoor Ivy League championships, finishing fifth in the men’s 10,000m run … scored points for Columbia at the 2011 Indoor Ivy League championships, placing sixth in the 5000m run....Earned XC All-Region honors following an 14th place finish in the 2011 NCAA Northeast Regionals...
