2024-25 (Senior): (XC) new 8K PR of 23:55.6 at Princeton Fall Classic, competed at Ivy XC Championships, made it to NCAA DI Northeast XC National Qualifier and ran 10K PR of 31:46.1 (ITF) placed 2nd and ran new 5K PR at Columbia’s home meet with time of 14:08.62, new 3K PR of 8:11.27 at BU Valentine Invitational, competed in 5K at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) season’s best in the 3K at Sam Howell Invite with time of 8:58.62, ended season by competing 3K at Ivy Outdoor Championships 

2023-24 (Junior): (XC) Finished 2nd in 8K with time of 25:21.9 at IC4A/ECAC XC Championship, competed in 8K at Ivy League Heps XC Championships. (ITF) (OTF) Ran 3K PR of 8:54.51 at Raleigh Relays, competed in 3K finals at Ivy League Heps Outdoor T&F Championships.

2022-23 (Sophomore): (XC) Posted a personal best time of 24:51.7 in the 8k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, placing 229th (Sept. 30) … (ITF): Competed in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup and finished 7th with a personal best time of 4:13.02 (Jan. 20) … Clocked a PR of 14:24.76 in the 5000m, placing 11th at the Dr.Sander Columbia Challenge (Jan. 27-28) … Finished 184th place in the 3000m with a personal best time of 8:25.76 at the David Valentine Invite (Feb. 10-11) … (OTF): Ran a 4x1500m with time 16:06.36 at the Colonial Relays, finishing in fourth place (Mar. 30-Apr. 1) … PR of 8:59.28 in the 3000 steeplechase at the Ivy League Outdoor TF Championships, placing 5th (May 6-7)
