2024-25 (Senior): (XC) finished 1st at Ivy League Cross Country championships & 2nd at NCAA DI NE Region XC Championships with a new 6k PR of 19:31.5 and ultimately went on to finish in the top 30 at NCAA DI XC Championships

2023-24 (Junior): (XC) Finished 2nd at Ivy Cross Country championships. (ITF) Finished 10th in 5k at NCAA indoor championships, won the 5k and finished 3rd in the 3k at Ivy indoor championships, ran new PR in 3k with time of 8:59.7 at husky classic, ran new PR in the mile at Columbia’s home meet with time of 4:35.89, ran new PR in 1k with time of 2:48.28 at YDC showdown. (OTF) Finished 19th overall at NCAA championships in the 5k, finished 2nd in the 5k and 3rd overall in 10k with a new PR of 32:54.5 at Ivy Heps Outdoor Championships, on the team that set a new school record in the DMR at Penn Relays with time of 11:00.38, new PR of 15:29.02 in the 5k at wake forest invitational on April 19th.

2022-23 (Sophomore): (XC) Ran a 6k with time 21:08.0, placing 5th at the Ivy League XC Championships (Oct. 28) … Competed at the NCAA D1 Northeast XC Championships, placing sixth in the 6k with time of 20:34.6 (Nov. 11) … (ITF): Did not compete in any events … (OTF): Personal best 5000m time of 15:44.97, finishing 6th at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25) … Earned 17th place in the 800m with a PR time of 2:10.06 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (Apr. 14-15) … Finished seventh at Wake Forest in the 1500m with time of 4:15.97 (Apr. 21) … Clocked a time of 16:04.54 for a 15th place finish in the 5000m at the NCAA East Prelims. (May 25-27)

2021-22 (First-Year): (XC) Qualified for the NCAA Cross Country National Championships (Nov. 20) ... Earned first team All-Ivy League honors at Ivy League Heps ... Top finisher for the Columbia women at Heps, finishing fourth ... Clocked a personal best 6K time of 20:38.3 at NCAA D1 Championships (Nov. 20) ... Finished sixth at Northeast Region Championships with a 6K time of 20:41.2 (Nov. 12) ... Clocked a personal best 5K time of 17:14.0 at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (Sept. 24) ... (ITF) Ran the opening leg of the Ivy League winning DMR squad that clocked a time of 11:20.20 to take first at the Ivy League Indoor Heps (Feb. 26-27) ... Earned First Team All-Ivy League honors in the DMR ... Finished third in the 3,000m at the Ivy League Indoor Heps with a personal best time of 9:17.12 ... Began the indoor season clocking a first-place finish in the 3,000m at the Rutgers Open (Feb. 11-12) with a time of 9:23.54 ... High School: Multi-sport student-athlete at Wycombe Abbey School in High Wycombe, England, running cross country and track, along with playing lacrosse, tennis and squash ... Member of the 2018-19 Scotland lacrosse squad ... Raced internationally, finishing third (5K) for England at the 2020 U20 Belgium Cross Cup ... 2021 placed second at the British U20 5000m Champs with a qualifying time for the U20 European Championships in Estonia where she placed seventh in the A Final ... Placed third at the British U20 3000m Championships ... Finished her 2021 season representing England at the Manchester International 5000m where she placed second with a personal best of 16.18 placing her 22nd in the British U20 All-time list ...
