At Southampton: Earned 10 letters in track and field, cross country, and lacrosse ... two-time winter and spring track captain as a senior ... qualified three years for the New York State Division II Track and Field State Championships, and two years for the New York State Indoor Track and Field State Championships ... all-state seven times...once in the 300 (2006), three times in the 400 (2004,2005,2006), twice in the 4x100 (2005, 2006), and once in the 4x800 (2005) ... Suffolk County Champion in the 400, and once in the 300 ... undefeated in the 400 meters in Suffolk County for two consecutive years ... qualified and ran for the Nike Outdoor Nationals in the DMR (eighth place).
