2024-25 (Senior): (ITF) finished 2nd and ran 1K PR of 2:23.94, competed as apart of DMR team and placed 5th in 1K final with time of 2:25.11 at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) ran 1500m PR of 3:48.14 and had top 8 finish at Sam Howell Invite, competed in 800m and ran season’s best of 1:52.63 at Larry Ellis Invite, finished season with 800m race at Ivy Outdoor Championships

2023-24 (Junior): (XC) Ran 8K PR of 25:18.2 at ICAC/EC4A XC Championship, competed in the 8K at Ivy League Heps XC Championships, ran 10K PR of 31:50.5 at NCAA DI NE Region XC Championships. (ITF) Placed 3rd and ran 3K PR of 8:14.88 at YDC Challenge, ran mile PR of 4:04.68 at Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge, competed and placed on 6th place finish DMR team at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships. (OTF) Only competed at one meet.

2022-23 (Sophomore): (XC) Ran an 8k time of 25:18.9 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30th) … (ITF): Clocked 3rd in the 3000m at Rutgers Holiday Classic with a PR time of 8:28.29 (Dec. 2) … Finished 1st in the DMR at Dr.Sander’s Columbia Challenge with time 10:02.04 (Jan. 27-28) … Earned a personal best mile time of 4:09.71, placing 153rd at the David H. Valentine Invite (Feb. 10-11) … (OTF): Participated in the Ivy League Outdoor TF Championship 1500m, placing 14th with time of 3:51.89 (May 6-7) … Ran a personal best 1500m time of 3:49.67 at Yale’s Last Chance Meet, earning 13th place (May 13th)

2021-22 (First-Year): (XC) Clocked a personal best 8K time of 26:04.7 at the Princeton  Cross Country Invitational (Oct. 16) ... Ran a personal best 3.73 Mile time of 20:07.0 at the Stony Brook University Invitational (Sep. 4) in first collegiate race. 

High School: Multi-letterwinner in track and cross country at Freedom in South Riding, Virginia ... Helped both cross country and track & field squads win the 2019 Regionals (XC/TF) and Track & Field Districts ... Named All-State in the indoor 1,600m (2019-20) and 1,000m (2020); the outdoor 1,600m and 4x800m Relay (2019) and cross country (2019) ... Named school's track & field Team MVP in back-to-back seasons (2019-20) ... Spent time in Europe playing soccer for youth club Lausanne Sport ... Nominated to play on Team Vaud (soccer). 

Personal: Great uncle, John McLean, attended and graduated from Columbia ... Dad ran track and cross country at Auburn (1992-97) ... Enrolled in Columbia College...Plans on majoring in economics and finance.
