At The Seven Hills School: O’Grady Carroll was a part of the Cincinnati Rowing Club that competed at Youth Nationals four consecutive years. In three of those seasons, they went to the grand finals, winning a bronze medal in the lightweight four in 2012 and finishing fourth with the varsity eight in 2015. She stroked for the varsity women’s lightweight four where she was a 2012 and 2013 Midwest Champion. The next two seasons, she won Midwest Championships with the varsity eight.
