NEW YORK – Columbia's Alexander Aurrichio, who plays baseball and soccer for the Lions, was recently featured in a podcast on CollegeBaseball360.com with Sean Stires.
A first team All-Ivy League honoree as Columbia's designated hitter in 2010, Aurrichio is also the starting goalkeeper on the men's soccer squad.
A native of Dix Hills, N.Y., Aurrichio is one of three two-sport student-athletes at Columbia, along with Caitlin Mullins (field hockey/lacrosse) and Monique Roberts (volleyball/track & field).
