Lions to Compete at Princeton Invitational This Weekend

Six Lions will compete in the 12-team, 36-hole invitational this weekend at Springdale Golf Club.
PRINCETON, N.J.—All six Ivy League women's golf teams, including Columbia, will compete at the 23rd annual Princeton Invitational, which will be held Saturday and Sunday, Sep. 25-26, at Springdale Golf Club. Live stats are available on Golfstat at this link.
Six Columbia women's golfers will compete in the event including senior Alexis Florio, first-year Taylor Zeng, junior Christine Shao, sophomore Allison Paik, senior Jennifer Wang, and sophomore Anne Walsh (individual).
Springdale will have a par of 72 and a yardage of 6,121 for the 54-hole event. Each day will begin with a 9 a.m. shotgun start, Saturday for two rounds and Sunday for one. Columbia will tee off at 9 a.m. ET on holes 4A-8A on Saturday morning.
Albany, Columbia, Dartmouth, Fairleigh Dickinson, Georgetown, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, Rollins, Seton Hall, St. John's, and Yale make up the 12-team field. Seton Hall enters as the defending team champion.
The event marks Columbia's second of the fall season as the Lions placed fifth on Monday and Tuesday at the Boston College Intercollegiate in Canton, Mass. Florio led the Lions with a seventh place finish.
