Igoe earns back-to-back Rookie of the Week nods
PRINCETON, N.J. — Columbia men's basketball first-year forward Connor Igoe has been named Ivy League Rookie of the Week for the third time this season, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.
Igoe scored 13 points on 5-11 shooting and pulled down four rebounds on Saturday at home against Cornell. The Brooklyn, N.Y. native added two assists and a steal to his stat line over 22 minutes played. Igoe was also named Ivy League Rookie of the Week on Dec. 22 and Feb. 2.
Columbia (14-8, 3-5) is on the road next weekend for a back-to-back at Penn on Friday at 7 p.m. and at Princeton on Saturday at 6 p.m.
