Personal: Compton heads to Columbia after three years on the varsity volleyball team at Ferndale High School where she served as the middle blocker for the Golden Eagles ... Named First Team All-Northwest Conference as a senior ... Had the opportunity to play on the All-State game following her final campaign ... Helped lead the Golden Eagles to the district championship title as a sophomore ... Received the AP Scholar Award as a junior and four-straight Distinguished Scholastic awards ...
