2017-18: (ITF) Earned an Ivy League title in the Indoor 400m run with a 54.83 in the finals at Indoor Heps ... Also finished third in the 200m at 24.22 for a season best, and anchored the 4x400m relay team to a third place finish ... Won the 400m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a 53.39 for an indoor career best ... Took first in the 500m at the Metropolitan Championships, clocking a 1:11.48 which was the second best time in school history ... Won the 60m at the Metro Season Opener, clocking a prelim time of 7.63 for a season best. 2016-17: Returned to the NCAA East Prelims, qualifying in both the 200m and 400m ... Clocked a school record 200m at the East Prelims, going 23.26 for 17th ... Ran the second fastest 400m in school history at the same event, finishing 14th in 52.47 ... Won Ivy League titles in both the indoor and outdoor 400m, while finishing second in the 200m at Outdoor Heps, and third at Indoor Heps ... Won the 200m during the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor meet, clocking a 24.18, after winning the same race at the Indoor meet in 23.92 ... Was first among college competitors in the 400m at the Virginia Challenge, clocking a 52.93 ... Ran 53.36 in her first outdoor meet of the season, the Florida Relays, for 10th ... Helped Columbia clock a school record in the DMR at the Penn Relays, when the team clocked an 11:02.32.

2015-16: Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the 400m dash by going 53.95 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 13) ... Ran a career best 53.14 during the East Prelims (May 26) in the 400m for a career best ... Finished third in the 400m at the Ivy League Outdoor Championships (May 7) in 54.27 ... Helped Columbia to a third place finish in the same meet during the 4x400m relay in 3:44.51.

2014-15: Helped Columbia to a school record finish in the 4x200m relay at the Pepsi Florida Relays in 1:36.59 ... Scored another school record in the 4x100m relay at the Ivy League Outdoor Championships when the Lions finished third in 45.87.

Personal: Obeng-Akrofi arrived to Columbia with personal best times of 11.77m in the 100m dash, 23.73 in the 200m dash and 57.55 in the 400m run ... Studying psychology at Columbia College.
