Ran a season best 6K of 22:07 at the Paul Short Run. (T&F) Improved career bests in three events, including a 10:15.92 in the 3,000m, 17:54.93 in the 5,000m, and a 10:52.43 in the 3,000m steeplechase. (OTF) Clocked a career best of 10:39.19 in the 3,000m Steeplechase … Ran a career best 5:05.49 in the 1 Mile during the Ocean State Invitational.
2015-16: Took fifth in the 5,000m Run (18:23.02) at the NYC Metro Champs (Feb. 4) ... Finished 3rd in the 3,000m Run (10:40.27) at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Jan. 30).
