2017-18: (XC) Ran a season best 25:09 during the Sam Bell Invitational for 17th place ... Finished 23rd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, running 25:41. (ITF) Ran a season best 8:17.47 in the 3,000m during the BU Valentine Invitational ... Improved his career best 1 Mile time with a 4:15.73 at the Gotham Cup. 2016-17: (XC) Started the season with a 17th place finish at the Stony Brook Invitational, where he finished the 8K run in 27:14.1 … Took 11th place overall, helping Columbia win the Princeton XC Invitational with an 8K time of 24:34.7 … Finished 33rd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships completing the 8K course in 24:36.5.
