2017-18: (XC) Member of 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championship Team...Earned second team All-Ivy League at Heps as Columbia's second finisher and 14th place overall at 21:32.9...Finished fifth at Columbia Invite with a time of 22:13.5 in the 6k race...Was Columbia's third finisher and 11th place overall at 21:15.06 at the Sam Bell Invite...Ran season best with a time of 21:02.3 in the 6k as Columbia's third finisher and 81st overall at Wisconsin Invitational...Third Lion to cross the lione and 17th place overall at NCAA Northeast Regionals at 22:20...Finished 193rd at NCAA Championships, crossing the line at 21:31.94.  (OTF) Returned to the NCAA East Prelims in the 3,000m Steeplechase, clocking a career best 10:17.80 in Tampa … Was fifth at Outdoor Heps in the same event, going 10:28.73 … Claimed fourth during the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the steeple, clocking a 10:21.00.

2016-17: (XC) Clocked a 20:22.4 over the 5K course at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyle Meet for 69th place ... Went 20:33.6 during the 5K at the Metropolitan Championships for 37th place. (T&F) Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the 3,000m Steplechase for the second straight season ... Clocked a 10:25.59 in the same event at the IC4A/ECAC Championships for a season best ... Finished sixth at Outdoor Heps in the steeple, crossing the line in 10:50.37 ... Went 9:56.38 in the 3,000m at the Fastrack National Invite.

2015-16: (T&F) Finished seventh in the 5,000m at the Fastrack National Invite with a time of 17:29.64 ... Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the 3,000m steeplechase after a 10:32.83 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

Personal: Melly arrived to Columbia with a personal best time of 10:10.37 in the 3000m run ... Studying economics at Columbia College.
