2018-19 (Senior): (XC) Crossed the line at the Metropolitan Intercollegiate Championships (Oct. 12) with a PR time of 19:57.5 in the 5K, finishing 25th. (Indoor) Raced to six top five finishes ... Ran a PR time of 2:54.73 in the 1,000m at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (Dec. 1), finishing second ... Helped the 4x400m Relay squad finish second with a time of 3:52.91 at the same Fastrack Metro meet ... Again had a top day, finishing second in the 800m (2:13.41) before helping the 4x800m Relay squad finish first in 9:04.09 at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet ... Powered the 4x880-Meter Relay team to a fifth place finish with a time of 9:04.28 at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24). (Outdoor) Ran a PR time of 1:00.28 in the 400m and helped the 4x400m Relay squad finish first with a time of 3:51.32 at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 23) ... A part of the 4x800m Relay team that ran its race at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5) in 8:50.11 for a third place finish.

2017-18 (Junior): (XC) Ran the 6K in a personal best time of 25:59.2 at the Columbia XC Invite (Sept. 8). (Indoor) Again was a member of the 4x800m Relay team that recorded a second place finish, running the race in 9:21.33 at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 1-2) ... At those same Mets, recorded a fourth place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:16.35. (Outdoor) Earned Second Team Outdoor All-Ivy League honors as a member of Columbia's 4x800m Relay team that finished second at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 5-6) ... Finished fourth in the 800m at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 24), running the race in 2:16.02 ... Helped 4x800m Relay and DMR squads record first and second place finishes respectively at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26-28), with the 4x800m Relay finishing with a time of 8:47.90 and the DMR squad coming in at 11:38.11 ... Third member of the 4x800m Relay team that finished second at the Heps with a time of 8:43.06 ... Posted a PR in the 800m, finishing sixth in 2:08.79 at the West Point Twilight (May 10).

2016-17 (Sophomore): (XC) Clocked a 20:22.4 over the 5K course at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyle Meet (Sept. 16) for 69th place ... Went 20:33.6 during the 5K at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7) for 37th place. (Indoor) Posted six top five finishes ... Opened the indoor campaign with a pair of first place finishes at the Metro Season Opener (Dec. 2), helping the 4x800m Relay team finish with a time of 9:30.62 along with clocking a time of 2:56.35 in the 1,000m ... Ran a PR time of 1:16.00 in the 500-Meter Run at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 20) meet, finishing third ... Important part of the 4x400m Relay squad that finished fifth with a time of 3:53.12 at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 25-26) ... Once again pushed the Columbia's DMR squad to a top finish, coming in fifth at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Mar. 3-5) with the DMR team running the race in 11:46.73. (Outdoor) Member of the DMR squad that finished sixth with a time of 11:53.38 at the Colonial Relays (Mar. 30-Apr. 1) ... Helped the 4x800m Relay team finish third at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 6-7), finishing with a time of 8:45.68.

2015-16 (First-Year): (XC) Finished 57th with a time of 21:11.6 in the 5K at the Metropolitan Championship (Oct. 9) in first career collegiate cross country race. (Indoor) Recorded six top 10 finishes ... Locked up a fifth place finish in the 1,000-Meter Run at the Metro Holiday Season Opener (Dec. 5), running the race in 2:59.74 ... Member of the 4x400-Meter Relay team that finished second with a time of 3:53.63 at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 23) meet ... Helped Columbia's Distance Medley Relay team finish second with a time of 12:19.59 at the NYC Metro Champs (Feb. 4-5) ... Key piece on the DMR team that finished sixth at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 27-28) finishing with a time of 11:51.91. (Outdoor) Began first career collegiate outdoor season as a member of the 4x800-Meter Relay team that finished fourth with a time of 10:12.60 at the Stony Brook Quad Meet (Mar. 24) ... A part of the DMR team that finished third at the Colonial Relays (Mar. 31-Apr. 2), clocking a time of 11:59.92 ... Recorded best finish in an individual race with a fourth place finish in the 800-Meter Run, clocking a time of 2:15.54 at the Yale Springtime Invitational (May 1).

Personal: Murray comes to Columbia with personal bests of 58.36 in the 400m, 1:18.98 in the 500m, 2:14.75 in the 800m, and 3:09.98 in the 1000m ... Took second in the 600m at the 2015 D.C. Indoor Championships ... Studying economics at Columbia College.
