Played in 20 matches making seven starts … in 64 sets played she averaged 1.77 digs per set … her 113 digs was sixth most on the team … averaged 4.33 assists per set which was second on the team … recorded 277 assists on the year … had three double-doubles on the year … had 21 assists and 18 digs against Fordham on Sept. 6 … had 22 assists and 14 digs against Iona on Sep. 17 … recorded a season-high 30 assists against Belmont, also had 11 digs in the match for her third double-double of the year … had 18 service aces.

She recorded 1,198 assists in three high school seasons, setting the single match record in the process with 44 in one game ... In 2023, Yu was named Gatorade District of Columbia Player of the Year, and in both 2022 and 2023 she was named DCSAA All-State Volleyball Player of the Year and was a DCSAA All-State Volleyball Champion & Tournament MVP ... She was a two-time Georgetown Day School MVAP, and three-time member of the Independent School League AA Division All-League Team. In the classroom ... Yu received a National Merit Scholarship Letter of Commendation, and was a member of the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS).
