Nata Ramirez, Courtney Ruedt Named to All-East Region List

Ramirez and Ruedt earned a spot on the Second Team list
NEW YORK – Columbia seniors Nata Ramirez and Courtney Ruedt were named to the 2024 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Women's All-East Region Second Team list following the conclusion of the season.
Ramirez and Ruedt were also recognized on the All-Ivy League list at the end of the regular season. Ruedt capped off an impressive season by earning recognition as the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year. Ramirez joined Ruedt on the First Team All-Ivy League list.
Ruedt started all 16 games for Columbia this season as she helped the Lions force six shutouts. Columbia earned shutout victories over Penn and Dartmouth in Ivy League play. She scored one goal in Columbia's 4-1 over Cornell and totaled nine shots for the season.
Ramirez led the Lions in both goals and assists this season to help guide Columbia to seven wins, including five in Ivy League play. Ramirez tallied seven goals and eight assists this season. She scored a season high three goals in the draw at Tennessee Tech early in the season. She went on to score a goal in the win over Cornell while registering assists in four Ivy League contests.
