2018-19 (Junior): (XC) Clocked a PR on the 5K course at the Marist Season Opener (Sept. 1), crossing the line in 19:29.1 to finish 13th ... Ran the 6K at the Ivy League Cross Country Heps (Oct. 27) in 22:56.1 to help Columbia snag the team title. (Indoor) Came across the line in ninth with a PR time of 10:00.93 in the 3,000m at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8) ... Finished second, clocking a time of 10:09.30, in the 3,000m at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships (Jan. 31-Feb. 1). (Outdoor) Clocked three personal bests in three different events through the season ... Finished fifth in the 2,000-Meter Steeplechase with a PR time of 7:12.48 at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 23) ... Set a PR in the One Mile Run (5:06.93) at the Ocean State Invitational (Apr. 12-13) ... Crossed the line 10th at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5), setting a PR time of 10:58.09 in the 3,000m Steeplechase.
2017-18 (Sophomore): (XC) Clocked a time of 22:18.3 in the 6K at the Paul Short Brown (Sept. 29) to help Columbia take that title ... Crossed the line in 25th with a time of 20:20.0 in the 5K at the Iona College Meet of Champions (Sept. 15). (Indoor) Locked up another ninth place finish at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 20) meet, finishing the 3,000m in 10:37.88 ... Recorded a sixth place finish in the 3,000m at the Fastrack National invite (Feb. 9), crossing the line in 10:10.42. (Outdoor) Took the title in the 3,000-Meter Steeplechase at the Yale Springtime Invitational (Apr. 29), finishing with a time of 12:03.49 ... Clocked a PR in the 1,500-Meter, finishing with a time of 5:02.89 at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 6).
2016-17 (First-Year): (XC) Took 12th in the 5K at the Stony Brook Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 10) with a time of 20:26.7 during Columbia's team victory ... Ran a PR time of 21:52.7 in the 6K to finish 15th at the Princeton XC Invitational (Oct. 15) ... Crossed the line in the 6K at the Ivy League Cross Country Heps (Oct. 29) with a time of 22:00.6. (Indoor) Ran the 3,000-Meter race in 10:22.40 to finish ninth at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 20) meet in lone race of the indoor season. (Outdoor) Did not participate in any events.
