2018-19 (Junior): (Indoor) Posted six top 10 finishes ... Began the season with a pair of top finishes at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (Dec. 1), coming in second in the 1,000-Meter Run with a PR time of 2:31.08 and helping the 4x800-Meter Relay team run the race in 7:40.49 for a first place finish ... Clocked the 500-Meter Run in a PR time of 1:06.18 for a fifth place finish at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet ... At the same D-Y-C meet, helped the 4x400-Meter Relay team finish the race in 3:19.00 to palce third ... Key cog on the Distance Medley Relay team that won the title at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24), with the team finishing the race in 9:57.25. (Outdoor) Began the outdoor season with a PR time of 51.05 in the 400-Meter Run at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 23) ... Clocked the 800-Meter Run in 1:53.26 for a ninth palce finish at the Ocean State Invitational (Apr. 12-13) ... Apart of the 4x400m Relay team that came in seventh at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5), with the squad of Lions finishing the race in 3:19.31.
2017-18 (Sophomore): (XC) Competed twice on the cross country course, running a season best 28:42 in the five mile run at the Columbia XC Invite. (Indoor) Earned All-Ivy League honors as part of the 4x800m relay team that finished second at Indoor Heps ... Ran a season best 1:51.56 in the 800m during the BU Valentine Invitational ... Took fourth in the 800m at the Villanova Invitational in 1:51.59.
2016-17 (First Year): (Indoor) Won the 800-Meter Run at the Darmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 20) meet with a time of 1:54.22 ... Came in sixth place in the 800m at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 25-26), crossing the line in 1:52.20. (Outdoor)Â Clocked a season best 1:50.17 in the 800m during the Virginia Challenge ... Part of the Ivy League Championship 4x800m Relay team that went 7:27.10 ... Helped Columbia to an eighth place finish in the same race at the Penn Relays in 7:24.52.
Personal: Advanced to the California State final in the 800m run, taking fifth place his senior season … Earned all-league honors in the 800m and 4x400m relay … The Sac Joaquin Masters Champion in the 800m his senior season … Owns a career best of 1:51.59 in the 800m … Mother, Laura, played basketball at UC Davis, while his Father, Tom, was a football player at San Francisco State … Will attend Columbia College.
