2018-19 (Junior): (Indoor) Posted a pair of top three finishes in the long jump (17-11/5.46m) and the triple jump (37-4/11.38m) at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet ... Cleared 18-1.5/5.52m in the long jump to finish seventh at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (Jan. 24-26) ... Was Columbia's top finisher (third) in the triple jump at the Harvard Crimson Elite (Feb. 1) setting a mark of 40-10.25/12.45m ... Finished fifth in the triple jump (40-8.75/12.41m) at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24). (Outdoor) Posted six top 10 finishes when combining triple and long jump events during the outdoor season ... Finished fourth at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 23) with a mark of 18-1/5.51m ... 2017-18 (Sophomore): (ITF) Posted season bests of 5.59m (18-4) in the long jump, and 12.40m (40-8.25) in the triple jump ... Finished third at the Ivy League Indoor Championships with a leap of 12.40m in the triple jump on her final attempt ... Won the Metro Season Opener triple jump at 11.64m ... Took sixth at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the triple at 11.83m. (OTF) Finished third in the triple jump at Outdoor Heps, leaping out to 12.81m (42-0.25) on her third attempt for a career best … Won the College Division of the triple jump during the Penn Relays with a 12.49m (40-11.75) effort … Claimed first in the long jump during the Metropolitan Championships with a career best 6.02m (19-9) leap.

2016-17 (First-Year): Placed third in the triple jump at the Ivy League Outdoor Championships with a season best leap of 12.54m ... Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the triple, placing 46th with a mark of 11.64m ... Finished fifth in the same event at the IC4A/ECAC Championships, going 12.07m ... Took fifth at Indoor Heps in the triple at 11.68m ... Was the runner-up in the long jump at the Dartmouth/Yale/Columbia tri-meet with a season best mark of 5.62m.

Personal: A 17-time all-league/all-county selection between the long jump, triple jump, 4x400m relay, and cross country … Earned seven letters between track & field and cross country at Cresskill High School in New Jersey … Recorded personal bests of 38'5" in the triple jump and 17'11" in the long jump … The daughter of Amani Abdel-Dayem and Dr. Khaled Hassan … Will attend Columbia College.
