Won the title at the 14th Giegengack Invitational (Feb. 15) with a height of 15-3.00/4.65m in the pole vault ... Finished second in the pole vault at the Armory Last Chance (Feb. 21) with a clearance of 15-3.00/4.65m ... 2018-19 (Sophomore): (Indoor) Placed fourth at the Great Dane Classic (14-9/4.50m) and the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet (15-1/4.60m) in the pole vault. (Outdoor) Posted a fourth place finish at the Colonial Relays (Apr. 4-6) by clearing 14-10.25/4.53m in the pole vault ... Cleared 14-11/4.55m in the pole vault to finish second at the Yale Springtime Invitational (Apr. 28) ... Cleared 14-11/4.55m at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5).

2017-18 (First-Year): (ITF) Cleared a season best of 4.65m in the pole vault.

Personal: A former pole vaulter at Klein Oak High School in Texas ... Cleared a career best of 15’6” in the pole vault ... Also played football in high school, where he was an all-district pick at wide receiver and won a district championship his junior season ... The son of Amy and Jeff Poth, who played football at Texas A&M Kingsville ... Brother, Barrett Poth, was a pole vaulter at the University of Texas (2014-19) ... Will attend Columbia College where he plans on studying economics.
