2024-25 (Junior): (XC) ran new 6K PR of 20:56.7 at NCAA DI NE XC Championships (ITF) finished 1st and ran new PR of 9:40.70 in 3k at Rutgers holiday classic (team’s indoor season opener), won the 1K with time of 2:49.98 at DYC Tri-Meet, won the mile with time of 4:39.39 at Columbia’s Home Meet, finished 2nd in the 1K with new PR of 2:44.53 at Penn Classic, ran new mile PR of 4:38.04 during the BU Valentine Invitational & finished the indoor season with 2 top 3 finished at Ivy Indoor Heps Championship in the mile and 4x8 (OTF) ran new PR of 2:05.17 and finished 3rd at Sam Howell Invitational, new 1500m PR of 4:15.33 at Wake Forest Invite, had two top 3 finishes once again by placing 2nd in the 1500 (4:25.64) and 3rd in the 4x8 (8:32.46) at Ivy Outdoor Heps Championship, rounded up the outdoor season by competing in 1500 at NCAA DI East Round qualifier
2023-24 (Sophomore): (ITF) Finished 1st and ran new PR of 9:51.78 in 3k at rutgers holiday classic (team’s indoor season opener), also finished 2nd in 600m and ran new PR with time of 1:35.25 at same meet, finished 2nd and ran new PR in the mile with time of 4:48.43 at Columbia’s home meet, at Ivy Indoor Heps Championship finished 2nd and ran new PR in 1k with time of 2:46.19 and a part of 4x800m relay that placed 4th at the championships (OTF) ran new PR of 4:25.93 in 1500m preliminary round and placed 12th in final round at Ivy Outdoor Heps Championship, ran PR in 800m with time of 2:08.3 in post championship meet at west point twilight and new PR in 400m at yale twilight with time of 58.27.
