Five newcomers set to join the 2027 squad
NEW YORK – Columbia softball head coach Jennifer Teague officially introduced five newcomers to the 2027 Columbia softball roster on Wednesday. The incoming recruiting class features players from Alabama, Illinois, Texas, and two from California.
""I couldn't be happier to welcome this class to Team 27. This is one of—if not the strongest—recruiting classes we've brought to Columbia," head coach Jennifer Teague said. "They are filled with nationally ranked talent, exceptional athletic ability, and a tremendous softball IQ. Our goal is to continue building on the success we've achieved, and this group keeps us moving forward in our pursuit of an Ivy League championship. Beyond their talent on the field, they are outstanding people who will make an immediate impact on our culture and program.
