2024-25 (Junior): (XC) ran 6K season’s best with time of 20:52.1 at Ivy XC Championships before ending XC season at NCAA DI NE XC national qualifier (ITF) ran season’s best mile with time of 4:46.30 at Columbia’s home meet, competed in both the 3K and 5K at Ivy League Indoor Championships (OTF) finished top 2 in 3000 at Sam Howell Invite with time of 10:24.53
2023-24 (Sophomore): (XC) Ran 5k PR of 17:11.9 at Virginia Invitational, placed 5th in 6k with time of 20:51.0 at Ivy League Heps XC Championships, ran 6k PR of 20:15.8 at NCAA DI NE Region XC Championships. (ITF) Competed on 2nd place 4x8 team and won mile with a PR of 4:43.48, ran 3k PR of 9:11.37 at Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge, ran 5k PR of 15:46.13 at 2024 Husky Classic, at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships placed 2nd in the 3K finals with time of 9:22.03 and placed 2nd in 5K finals with time of 15:58.51 and competed on the 4th place final DMR team. (OTF) Competed at Ivy League Heps Outdoor T&F Championships and made it to NCAA East 1st Round meet to compete in the 3K.
