
Columbia Baseball in Midst of Summer League Action

23 Lions are spread out across the country to play in various collegiate leagues
NEW YORK— A total of 23 Columbia baseball student-athletes will compete in summer leagues across the country. Below is a complete list of where the Lions are playing.
The Northwoods League features the largest Lions contingent, with Jackson Brewer and Hunter Snyder playing for the Kenosha Kingfish, Will Harrigan and Ben Fishel competing with the Green Bay Rockers, Brendan Murphy and Jimmy Chadwell headed to the Richmond Flying Mummies, and Owen Estabrook with the St. Cloud Rox.
Alex Sotiropoulos (Cotuit Kettlers) and Payton Soske (Harwich Mariners) will compete in the prestigious Cape Cod League, while Anthony Temesvary and incoming first-year Jack Freehill head to the Appalachian League. Koby Seelig and Jack Korthas will suit up for North Shore in the New England Collegiate Baseball League.
The Perfect Game League features Tyler Adamo (Elmira Pioneers), Jaden Santiago (Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs), and Jack McWilliams. Dan Mills, Ray Huke, Charlie Slabaugh, and Tate Vogler will play for the Thomasville HiToms in the Coastal Plain League, while Jake Taylor and Brandon Rovinelli join the Vermont Lake Monsters in the Futures League.
Amare Burrus rounds out the group with the Raleigh Red Oaks in the Old North State League.
